Notwithstanding anything contained in Rule 7, the person or corporate body distributing electricity prior to the commencement of the Act, shall not have to get fixed the electricity tariff and other charges from the Commission, till they do not receive license pursuant to Sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Act.
